Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Apuree product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the original condition and with complete packaging. Used items or items not returned in their original state will not be eligible for a refund. To return your item, please contact us via the chat service on our website or email support@apuree.com with your order number and zip code, and indicate your return reason. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund accordingly.

*Please note: Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly send your package with tracking, as Apuree is not responsible for any returns lost or undelivered to our warehouse.
