Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Apuree product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the original condition and with complete packaging. Used items or items not returned in their original state will not be eligible for a refund. To return your item, please contact us via the chat service on our website or email support@apuree.com with your order number and zip code, and indicate your return reason. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund accordingly.

*Please note: Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly send your package with tracking, as Apuree is not responsible for any returns lost or undelivered to our warehouse.

Quality Returns

If you experience any issue with your product, please reach out to us via the chat service on our website. Provide your email address, affected order, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo. Our customer support team will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If the product you ordered isn't the right fit for you, our Customer Support team is happy to help you find a better match. Feel free to contact us for advice on the best product for your lifestyle and needs.

If you already know which item you'd like to exchange for, simply reach out via our chat service. Your replacement will be shipped once we’ve received the original item back in our warehouse.

• United States – Free returns within 30 days
• Canada – $5 return fee | 30-day return window
• Rest of World – Customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking to the return address provided | 30-day return window

What items are not eligible for return?

• Replacement items
• Free gifts
• Products purchased from third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
• Orders below $50 (excluding shipping fees)
• Any item valued under $30
• Individual products from promotional bundles
